Step 1: Select The Right Destination & Resort For Your Wedding

Step 2: Required Documentation To Get Married In Mexico
|
|
|
|
Before
you
choose
your
Mexico wedding
package
and
set
your
date,
make
sure
you
can
obtain
all
the
required
documents
in
order
to
get
married
in
Mexico.

Passports for both the bride and groom.
-
Couples who are already married in their country of origin cannot get married in Mexico. In this case, the vow renewal package is available.

If in the event either the bride or groom test positive for a sexually transmitted disease, the ceremony cannot be performed.
-
If the bride has been divorced for less than one year, a mandatory pregnancy test is given. If the test is positive the wedding cannot be performed.
-
An Apostille document must be attached to all birth certificates, divorce decrees, death certificates, adoption and name change documents.

Step 3: Choose Your Mexico Wedding Package & Reserve Your Date

Once
you
select
your
wedding
destination
and
resort,
you
can
begin
to
see
which
wedding
package
best
suits
your
needs.
We
recommend
that
you
book
your
wedding
about
1
year
in
advance
in
order
to
obtain
your
preferred
date
and
time.
We'll
put
you
in
contact
with
your
own
wedding
coordinator
at
the
resort
of
your
choice.
After
you
choose
your
package,
you
can
check
available
dates
and
times
and
book
your
wedding.
Remember
that
weddings
in
Mexico are
reserved
on a
first
come,
first
served
basis.
You
should
receive
a
response
from
the
wedding
sales
coordinator
within
24
hours
after
submitting
your
request,
advising
you
whether
your
date
has
been
confirmed
or
not.
Your
selection
is
confirmed
only
after
a
wedding
coordinator
sends
you
an
e-mail
with
the
confirmation
and
the
wedding
contract.

Step 4: Finalize Your Room Reservations Using Our Timeshare

Once
you
have
secured
your
wedding
date,
you
must
book
your
hotel
and
flights.
We
will
be
your
wedding
travel
consultants
so
that
you
can
take
advantage
of
the
excellent
rates
that
we
get
as
Palace
Resorts
Timeshare
Members.
We
will
help
you
find
the
best
rates
for
your
flights
as
well.
Groups
booking
more
than
9
rooms
will
receive
an
additional
discount
on
the
room
rate.

Step 5: Complete The
Mexico Wedding Contract
|

|
|
After
your
wedding
date
has
been
confirmed,
the
wedding
sales
coordinator
will
send
you
the
wedding
contract.
Review
it
thoroughly,
sign
it
and
send
it
back
to
your
wedding
coordinator.
The
wedding
contract
specifies
payment
and
cancellation
policies
as
well
as
it
outlines
all
required
documentation
once
again.
If
you
have
questions
regarding
the
contract,
contact
your
wedding
sales
coordinator.

Step 6: Purchasing Optional Wedding Package Services
|
|
|
|
In
addition
to
the
wedding
package,
you
can
purchase
optional
services
such
as a
private
function,
tuxedo
rental,
or
music
services.
You
must
request
them
60
days
prior
to
the
wedding
date.
Your
on-site
wedding
planner
will
make
the
necessary
arrangements
to
reserve
these
services.

Wedding
Services
Payment
for
optional
services
are
made
directly
at
the

Step 7: Before Departure For Your Wedding In Mexico
|
|
|
Two
(2)
weeks
prior
to
your
departure
to
the
resort,
you
will
receive
a
letter
from
your
on-site
wedding
planner
with
an
appointment
to
meet
with
her
to
review
documentation
and
determine
any
additional
services
you
may
want
to
purchase.
This
meeting
lasts
approximately
an
hour
and
it
usually
takes
place
the
day
of
arrival.
