The Vallarta Palace has received the Distinctive H (“Distintivo H”) award, given out by the Government of Mexico’s Tourism Ministry again in 2010.  This is the fourth time the Vallarta Palace has received this award.  The “H” Distinction is obtained through a comprehensive certification process including formal training and meeting certain requirements in the areas of food safety, storage, handling and sanitation.

Working under the “H” Distinction offers many benefits to the hotel including improved efficiency and effectiveness in food handling procedures, reduced chance of food-borne illness, and increased client and guest confidence. This award is confirmation that the Vallarta Palace maintains exceptional quality, consistency, and safety in their operations.
